Dulce Sweets by Valerie in the San Fernando Valley has the best desserts and cookies, but my favorites are the Argentinian “alfajores” filled with dulce de leche!!! Just amazing! They also have the best empanadas! If you are looking for desserts or empanadas, this is the place!!!
