Pho Viet Cali

This place is hidden gem you don’t wanna sleep on. Walked in...i felt like a little escape to Vietnam. Super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Ordered the pho combination and some spring rolls on the side. Service was quick, portions were solid, and the flavors was Deep, rich, and straight-up authentic. That broth hit all the right notes. Spring rolls were fresh, and dipping them in that peanut sauce to Perfection. Had some soup left, so I threw in steamed rice...texture was spot on. Everything just felt right. Definitely coming back.

I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant for the first time after a friend's enthusiastic recommendation, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in a quiet corner of a small town in the San Fernando Valley, it feels like a hidden gem -- especially in area where authentic Vietnamese food can be hard to find. I was delighted to see many of my favorite dishes on the menu, and even happier when they arrived tasting exactly the way they should. The flavors were spot-on, comforting, and genuinely authentic. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the space is clean, and the prices are fare. If there’s one thing I hope for, it's that the service becomes a bit warmer and more friendly. I am a frequent visitor at this place and the food quality always impresses me. The taste is outstanding, making every dish irresistible. Though I am not usually a huge fan of noodles, I find their vegetable pho exceptional. The flavors are harmoniously blended together, creating a wonderful dining experience. I am convinced that I will keep coming back for more.

Wonderful service …gorgeous presentation and the food is the best we’ve had in the valley in the last 2 decades….Fresher….Tons of veggies….Meat is so tender and flavorful. My friend forgot to mention she had a pork allergy …so they were so sweet and offered to make her veggie rolls. And the restaurant is remodeled and lovely inside.

07/18/2025 I went and tried their Pho noodle soup for the first time and it did taste as good as the soup from the other Pho restaurants that I have visited in the past. Their eggrolls were very good as well.
