Duke's Seafood South Lake Union

Alexandra - hostess with the mostest got us the last table at the window, overlooking the marina and the city lights at night. For our 25th anniversary we were seated at table #25 💕❤️ Gwen - the gem! Made our evening extra special with top notch service, excellent food recommendations (Halibut with Parmesan crust!), perfect wine suggestion, and dessert with symbiotic (cute!) candles. We loved absolutely everything about Duke’s and hope to come back soon! Make sure to try a dinghy with one of their very yummy chowders! 🚤🥄

Amazing first experience! My significant other and I received gift cards for Christmas and decided to use them for my birthday and Valentine’s dinner. It was our first time visiting Duke’s, and it definitely won’t be our last. Our waiter, Sam, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our night special. His customer service truly added to the entire experience. We started with the smoked salmon dip and chicken strips. The salmon dip was so delicious we couldn’t stop talking about it after every bite. The chicken strips were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our entrée, we ordered the Duke’s cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are already planning our next v

Second time visiting this location, tacos and crab cake sandwich were both good. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Prices definitely seemed like they went up since our last visit but happy hour was a good deal. Outdoor seating even in Feb was great with the heaters they have!

Love this place. Duke’s Seafood on South Lake Union has quickly turned into one of my favorite spots for lunch and happy hour. Super fresh seafood, great flavor, and everything just tastes high quality. It’s one of those places where you know you’re going to leave happy. The views don’t hurt either. Sitting outside looking out over Lake Union with boats cruising by is hard to beat. The outdoor heaters and blankets make patio season basically year-round, which is clutch in Seattle. Great vibe, great service, great food. We will keep going back.

I was traveling on a work trip on my birthday and booked a table for one since I’ve always had an amazing meal at Duke’s when I’m in Seattle. When I showed up, the host wished me a happy birthday without me even saying that it was my birthday and when I got to my table, there was a birthday card for me. What an amazing way to start the meal! I had the smoked salmon deviled eggs which were insanely good, a small Caesar salad and got the stuffed halibut entree. Wow. Absolutely amazing. After the entree, the waiter asked if he could get me a birthday dessert and I chose the carrot cake - one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back to Duke’s again soon. What an amazing team!
