Domino's Pizza

This location came through in the clutch when a pizza I ordered from a local delivery place was cancelled unexpectedly by the shop. Domino's delivery driver was prompt and courteous - Delivered in a blizzard! And the order was accurate and hot. Thank you guys - I'm working at a client's home in the area and would've been stuck in a blizzard without food without you! Much appreciated. Cheers.

I know this is a fast food pizza joint and I enjoy it, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I’m giving it a 5 star rating for their customer service. Anytime I order anything and they are out they immediately call me and work out a compromise, like a changed topping or a credit when they didn’t have an item. Tonight they forgot my wings but they made sure to fix it quickly and were apologetic, which is something I don’t always see in these settings! (You can see my little Caesars review). so I just want to say I’m very impressed by the staff and keep up the good work!

I did an online order for pickup. I went in early before pizza got done the man with glasses was doing my pizzas than went to touch the computer went back to touching my pizza. Which was disgusting. Than I ordered beef and it was pork on my pizza. My family don't eat pork, it upset they stomach. First time going there but I won't go again. I'm new to the area and I figure I'll go there . But never again. This is the Dominos at 230 Morris Ave Springfield Nj . Also management need to let him know if he doing pizza stick to doing that don't touch the register and people pizza . Very unsanitary .

Did you guys stop using cheese? The pizza tasted a bit different this time.

I ordered delivery last night. On the tracker, it indicated all steps for the preparation of the order, as well as when it was out for delivery. However, when the app notified me that it had been delivered, I wondered why neither of my dogs had barked if someone had approached the front door. That question was answered when I opened the door and found that no food had been delivered. I promptly attempted to contact the store to inquire about the whereabouts of the food, but I received a recording indicating that it was closed. Tellingly, there was no photo evidencing the purported delivery as all other businesses provide. This is the second time in as many days that we have had an issue with this location. Yesterday, they delivered the pizza but it had two of the requested toppings
