Very displeased I order online at least once a week and seems like Everytime I place an order the store calls cuz they are out of wat I ordered AND I ORDER THE SAME THING EVERYTIME I don't appreciate how I'm then basically forced to order something I don't want because y'all already charged my card and I'd rather not have to wait a week and a half for my last 20$ to eat on to be refunded to my card. The first time it happened I cancelled my order and literally took em a week and a half to refund my card. I'm to the point now I don't even wanna order here any more which is sad cuz I def. Prefer dominoes over pizza hut but not any more
Got an alert of a fraudulent order from my account going to this store. Called and talked to them before the person had the opportunity to pick it up. Not expecting poor worker to jump on front of a train or anything over a dumb pizza but since Dominos as a whole decided to not do anything about it despite multiple customer service emails, this store gets to share the love of my disappointment with a 1 star review.
Chelsie, i hope thats how you spell it. She was very friendly. She asked us all the right questions. Shout out to Chelsie. The 505/575 pizza was great! pep green chile mushrooms. I order from here often. its nice to see her at the window. We had carry out. Regards Christopher
EDIT: Month later and still never got a response to my email. No refund. Nothing. Don't bother We had the worst experience ever. We just moved in from out of state. Tired, sweaty, in need of showers yet so hungry, we order the classic move in special: pizza. App tells us order is ready, we drive there and we are told at the window *it'll be 7 more minutes* Okay well why did your app say it was ready? Regardless we pull forward and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. 45 minutes go by finally my partner goes inside and they say "oh here's your order" no "we are so sorry we forgot about you". Nope. It was old. 35 minutes it has been sitting in the warmer. Well "warmer". There's more warmth in a ice cube. All he does is go "well I can remake it but it'll be a while" Sorry we are
This store has really stepped up their game! We love the service from this store all the way around! We will definitely be back!
