Domino's Pizza

You will not get your pizza correct here. I can guarantee it almost 95 percent of the time. They chose to ignore the order and make my Brooklyn style with thin crust instead. I assume it was because there was no ready dough available or maybe they really just could care less..no Parmesan cheese in the facility…the most basic two ingredients ready made dough and cheese…what more can I say? Toppings where almost non-existent, yet they somehow managed to have more salt then I ever ate on any pizza before. Didn’t want to leave a review in fear if I ever wanted to return and then I asked myself what on earth would I want to do that for? Doing fire damage restoration in palisades and had a time crunch to finish and need lunch to keep guys moving forward. Called dominoes to order a dozen pizzas, wings, bread sticks, etc and when I explained what my situation was the manager assured me that they could handle and make my time frame. I pulled up and everything was ready as promised!!!!! Thank you for coming thru for me at a time of need. I appreciate you!!!!

After having too many frustrating experiences with local Pizza places, I finally decided to give the chain a try. I have now ordered from here 4 times, and they nailed it every time. Easy online ordering, fast, and reliable. Pizza is just ok as you would expect, but such is the case from nearly every other "kids-party" level pizza place in town.

I ordered for delivery at this Domino’s, which is 5 minutes from my house. I checked the app, where i ordered for delivery, and it said my order was complete. I check outside, and… no order? I tried to file a complaint with Domino’s to get my $80 back, because i did not receive my food, but they only offered a discount on my NEXT order. So I called the store, and they told me that they had never delivered to my address, despite me having had ordered from this exact Domino’s over 100 times. I hung up, as they did not want to listen to me, and then got a call from the delivery driver for my order. He told me that they only delivered to the UCLA and Westwood area.
