Subway

Extremely poor interaction. Submitted order in the Subway app and it showed that that it was being prepared. Arrived at restaurant and they claim that the order was never received and that there is nothing they can do about it. Showed them the the Subway app with the order and order number, but they just said sorry we can't do anything about it. The store said they don't receive orders after 7:30pm, but my order was submitted before that. They had no contact information to call Subway to ask for a refund or for help. They just advised to come back tomorrow and maybe a manager can help. I paid for a sub combo and received no food.

Today I visited the subway at the address. It ruined my day. There were no people in the restaurant. I wanted to order myself a sandwich. I went to the cashier and waited for the employee to pay attention to me. He had a long conversation with an employee (10 minutes). Then he ended. I asked you to take my order. He said that he had more important things to do and left. I'm disappointed. Please help me resolve this situation.

I recently visited the store( Sunday, 04/28/24 between, 12-1) for lunch with my wife, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal together. However, our experience was ruin by the tribble behavior of one of the employees, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths and a decision to never return. It's truly disappointing when a place with potential fails to deliver due to the unprofessionalism of its staff. the lady behind the counter behavior was very disappointing and un acceptable. i don't recommend this subway to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

The staff is super friendly. The place was clean. The food was good quality no old lettuce or anything like that. I asked for extra things and had a picky order and they executed flawlessly and with a great attitude. They even brought my order out to the car without asking them to. My only regret is that I did not have cash to tip them. Will definitely be back!

My wife and i oreded a foot long Turkey sandwich. And our experience was amazing. Edward and Gricelda, super friendly. They prepared our food with fresh ingredients and lots of love. Unfortunately, there was no restrooms for customer. Super clean and great location. Highly recomended!!
