Domino's Pizza

We order pizza here A LOT!! Always has been good. The last time we ordered, I did it online and all 3 of our pizzas was so doughy, not a little, but a lot! Tonight, I called in our order, told the guy who answered that I’m not complaining nor wanting anything free, just explained the situation and said I don’t want it well done just normal cooked through. We just got it delivered and 2 of the 3 pizzas were again, super doughy. I have them in the oven. I’m very disappointed. I don’t ever do negative reviews, but I felt like I should. I don’t want a discount code or anything free. I just think whoever is cooking the pizzas these last 2 wks need to be retaught how to cook a pizza, especially if there are more than 1 or 2 toppings. I DO however, want to add a couple of positives: the one pizza

Every single time I've done carryout I have been "greeted" by an employee with an attitude.(this is multiple times, I have dealt with 3 different people so far at the pick up window and the each of them had the personality of a wet paper bag) What I don't understand is that anytime we have ordered delivery, the drivers were super friendly and awesome. So I'm not sure what's going on, but if the employees are obviously this miserable then I'm going to assume it's atrocious management. Get it together and get someone working the pick up window that maybe isn't a miserable jerk.

The store baked my Pizza to perfection and Rebecca my delivery Driver was very kind and professional. You guys have a winning team there.

Worst experience I've ever had with a business. On multiple occasions they have either; 1, failed to include order items. 2, neglected instructions for delivery, causing food to be left out in the cold to spoil. 3, sent the wrong order. 4, had inconsistent food quality. Or 5, had an unhelpful/arrogant attitude with me on the phone and refusing to do anything about previous issues. I tip every time I order, and get awful service in return. This Domino's has lost my business.

Soooo I literally just picked my food up from this location. Mind you prior to making the order I asked for my pizza to be well cooked. They burned it. Smdh.... The guy working the register was very rude 😒 He acted as if he didn't want to have any contact with me. He didn't speak when I walked in. I spoke first. Then he placed everything on the counter instead of in my hand and when he had to give my change back, he dropped it in my hand. Last time eating or ordering from Domino's.
