Domino's Pizza

I just ordered two sandwiches from this Domino in my neighborhood, and I was extremely disappointed to find that the bread was moldy. This is unacceptable and a major health hazard. I expect better quality and food safety standards from a reputable chain like Domino's. When I called to report the issue and ask for a refund, they hung up on me. My additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of this location's customer service and food safety standards. I will not be ordering from this Domino's again.

We have been ordering pizza from Dominos in Great Falls for 30 years. Today we received the wrong pizza. I called the store and the manager David said his staff never makes a mistake. They are perfect. We tossed the pie.

Horrible customer service. The most tasteless pizza that I ever had in my life. I asked for a sauce so I can put some taste to this slop and the oriental lady told me you have to pay 75 cents. Next time, even if you pay me $75.00 I will never order from domino's and specially from this rude people.

Cold pizza, warm soda. Order took 1 hour 38 minutes to arrive. Evidence of jostling during transport. Cheesy bread wasn’t gooey, lava cake wasn’t flowy. I called at 50 minutes after tracker showed my order had been delivered. I was told order was placed during a rush and I would have to wait. I called back at 80 minutes and was told my order was dropped at the wrong house by mistake. Driver was en route to pick it up and deliver to me. Not a good showing for Domino’s overall.

Sunday night pizza fix. Ordering was easy. Pizza was ready when they said it would be ready. Reasonably priced (get coupons from website before ordering). And tasted good.
