BRX Oven

I was looking for wood fired pizzas and came across this place and it was our one year since engagement and decided to takeout and went in, it had a very nice vibe to it. We did the farm and spinach & feta pizza. We really enjoyed the farm pizza, it had roasted eggplant and mushroom among other vegetables and it was delicious! We felt like the spinach feta cheese pizza was decent, could eat a slice each but it was OD of feta pieces so that was not something we’d get again. It was pricier than other pizza outlets but it was good to try and they’re a small business looking to grow so all in for support local business, so go and check it out! It also looked like they had some interesting ice cream options which we will go back to when we’re around that area.

Their pizza is really good. Fresh and the right amount of toppings. Bonus points for cauliflower crust! Service is friendly and very efficient.

Visited for lunch today with my 24 yr old son. We loved it! Jerry was the best waiter I’ve seen in a long time. Very professional. Great recommendations and handled a packed restaurant like a boss!

24 Jan 2026 This is a follow-up review to my previous one in December. This is the night where the great snowfall is supposed to begin in Northern Virginia and we wanted to eat out before being "snowed in" for a couple of days so we raced over to BRX Oven for dinner. The Boneless Wings with the Hot Honey sauce were superb and our Pepperoni Pizza was a serious grand slam. We topped the evening off with Gelato that was absolutely heaven. As before, Tyler the Bartender prepared absolutely delicious beverages that made the evening most enjoyable. They were smooth and tasted superbly. She is an absolute titan and BRX Oven management needs to reward her handsomely. Now, it would be inappropriate not to mention Harman, the Manager. It was our first time at Brx oven. Their pizza was excellent, especially the one with the cauliflower crust. Service was great, we were served quickly. The atmosphere was a bit too loud. But will definitely be going back.
