Domino's Pizza

When we first got there a guy walked up to the register and while in the middle of asking a question he walks off and around the table area then back up to us. I tell him the name for the order and he gets it then after I check it I find the Philly cheese steak sandwich to be burnt and he doesn't even have the professionalism to ask if something is wrong with the order. Now besides tonight the last few times we've been to this store I'd say 5/5 is deserved the person who has waited on is (a guy named Forrest) has been very professional, courteous and just an amazing person he remembers how my order has to be done due to allergies and he makes sure it's done correctly even if he's had to do it himself. But as for tonight SMH!

I usually have a good experience here, but I was pretty disappointed this time. I ordered a 32 piece honey barbecue and an 8 piece buffalo and they BARELY sauced any of the wings. I ordered a cup of buffalo sauce, because they usually don’t sauce well and it was expired. I was going to dismiss it and use the sauce anyways, but it was rancid and clearly not safe. What little sauce they put on my buffalo wings also had a rancid smell and flavor, so I had to wipe my wings off and use my own sauce at home.. Please, don’t cut corners and sell or use expired sauce on your customers food. Yes, sometimes foods and sauces can go past the expiration by a couple days, but this was over a month and potentially a health code violation. Should have been a timely manner. Delivery person was a very hospitable hard thing to find anymore. But this falls back on management. All product coming out of any Domino's establishment is to be quality checked properly to make sure that it is done correctly not expediently and sloppy. Therefore it is my recommendation that the management at this particular Domino's be retrained as to what is company standards when it comes to quality products. False advertisement on their sign. The mix and match for $6.99 each is a lie. The wings are $8.99 and the sign does not say the price would be different. Their is no * on the sign either. Got the picture of the sign too. The General Manager could not explain the reason why the sign is different from the computer. I told her it's false advertising!

Absolutely horrible !! I will not order from here again. I ordered pizzas to be delivered to my house that’s literally a mile away. I was working and didn’t want my spouse to have to worry about dinner. After a half hour he text me” where’s the pizza?”. I thought good question but we waited some more. After a HOUR passed I called them. The girl that answered was rude and said it is about to leave. It will be there soon. So I said ok. After another half hour.. now A HOUR AND A HALF after I placed the order, I called again. This time I just cancelled the order. My kids sat by the door for a hour and a half hungry waiting on their pizza. We just made other arrangements, but lesson learned. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ! They are rude, lazy, and just don’t care.
