Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I came here for red beans and rice. But after i went into the restroom i decided to go somewhere that cared about the customers overall experience. There wasn't any toilet paper, no paper towel and no soap in the restroom. The worse thing about this is i watched an employee leave out of this restroom and go back into the kitchen. How did he wash his hands. This is a disgrace.

I placed an order online at 10:30 the store is supposed to close at 11 but when I got there the guy refused to open the window even after showing him my receipt mind you it was only 10:38. If your gonn shut down tha early you need to fix your online hours and your app it’s simple. Instead yall took my money and now I gotta wait 6-10 days for it😂

While the food was satisfactory, the men's restroom had no toilet tissue or hand towels. When I informed the manager about the lack of any paper some 30 minutes later it had not been addressed.

I went there yesterday and got a gallon of sweet tea and it was only 1/3 full in the bag. I explained to the young lady that is not a gallon. So she went to ask another person. Then I get back home and find out that they gave me half sweet and half unsweetened tea. I go to that location every week and this was very disappointed in the tea and the fact that they gave me spoiled tea and I live 45 minutes from the store. Not a happy customer.

I'm so over this place. If there was any other decent fried chicken anywhere else in town I would never come back. Any time you go to get spicy chicken you have to wait. So I called ahead because I knew that I wouldn't have 20+ min to wait. Lady takes my full order number and name. I think I have finally broken the code. She tells me that it will be 20 minutes. So I take my time and run a few other places. I get there 30 minutes after I called. Low and behold my chicken isn't ready because they forgot to cook it. Now I just spent 44 dollars in chicken that I'm not even going to be able to eat because we had plans at 6. Not to mention the manager the one who apparently took my call tells me she is sorry and offers me apple pies. If I want something I pay for it. What the hell is apple pie s
