Very attractive restaurant, and even managed to find parking. The sandwiches and the pastry that I had were very good. The sausage, egg and cheese was on some fantastic bread. The strawberry granola bar I had could have had a bit more strawberry but I wasn't mad at it. All in all, glad I stopped here and will stop again.
I live locally and was trying to find an alternate place to find a yummy acai bowl since Village Cafe moved to Dover and had one of the best in my opinion. If you order an acai bowl from here, don't plan on eating it there as it will take at least a half hour plus to thaw. The bottom part (acai) was completely frozen and my plastic spoon bent when I tried to get through it. Girl at the counter seemed very impatient and was lacking in the personality department.
First time visiting. It's in down town Milford, really can't miss it. Cold brew coffee with caramel was amazing. Good quality coffee, polite staff and fantastic danishes. They had ample amount of seating and a wide variety of coffee and non coffee options.
Do you like fantastic coffee? What about a nice, healthy açaí bowl? Want to go all out and get a baked good? You truly can NOT go wrong with Dolce. I first visited dolce a few months ago and got hooked on their specialty coffee and açaí bowls. When we decided on a small, intimate wedding and wanted to stay local, Dolce was the first spot I thought of for our wedding desserts. I reached out to them and they were more than accommodating! I wound up purchasing a dozen cupcakes in their Red Velvet flavor, their Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup flavor, and then requested a banana’s foster flavor, which they were also able to accommodate. I mean LOOK at the beauty and skill that went in to just the looks of the cupcakes alone! Let me tell you, the taste is even better. Heavenly and moist and flavorfu
The atmosphere was cool and the workers were nice. The butter cake was by far the best thing on their menu. The crumb cake was super dry. The BA “big a$$” cookie was just so so. Was kind of hoping for a more chewy consistency with a larger cookie but was disappointed. Their strawberry smoothies were gross but hubby liked his coffee. The strawberry lemon cookie was decent.
