Love everything about this place. Been going since they first opened and it's amazing to see how they've grown. Obsessed with: My sisters iced coffee, Sister's Cubano, Pionono empanada, Criollo, and of course, Mami's hot vinegar on almost everything. The GF SF donuts are always delish and so is the cheesecake! My kids love the Nutella sandwich and always beg me to go. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to go near Milford!

I absolutely loved this bakery and restaurant! The food was so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take pictures—I devoured it too quickly! The beans brought back fond memories of my family’s cooking, and I was genuinely amazed by the authentic flavors here in Delaware. Plus, the bread reminded me of the sweeter, San Juan-style bread, which was a delightful touch. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Authentic puertorrican food, the pernil and arroz con gandules were deliciously cooked to perfection. Their menu is diverse and suit to any palate. They carry pan sobao (sweet bread) and a variety of pastries, quesitos pastelillos de guayaba, 🍰 and other deserts I almost tried them all but left some for our next visit. Highly recommend. It has a lot of traffic but the wait iwas not too long, I might try ordering online next time. Parking may be tricky if there are events in the area but likely you will find a spot to park. The service was outstanding, friendly, the atmosphere was familiar, clean and cozy, there are tables and chairs, luckily we were able to eat at the location. Highly recommend. The Historic Town it is located invites for a walk after a nice meal.

I drove a little over an hour to have lunch here, and it was absolutely worth it! The portions were huge, and everything I tried was delicious. The pork shoulder was incredibly tender and flavorful—one of the best I’ve ever had. I also had the sweet plantain and steak rice, which was amazing. I’ve had their garlic rice before, but this combination is so much better; the garlic rice is good, but a bit more plain in comparison. The sweet plantains were to die for—I wish I’d gotten a second helping! I’ll probably skip the salad next time, as it was just shredded lettuce and a tomato and didn’t add much. That said, this place is such a hidden gem, and it’s really hard to find food like this in the area. I highly recommend going and trying it for yourself. If I weren’t gluten-free, I would’ve

The love in the food is fantastic. The atmosphere is neighborly, inviting, and quaint. The staff are friendly, efficient, and polite. We had empanadas, kids' meal with pork, rice, and empanadas, chalupa, Ben and Jen, tiramisu, and guava puff pastry. Everything was delicious, and we make a point of eating here monthly. Enjoy their community involvement and love for their local community, and that they celebrate other businesses.
