I went here for lunch on my first day in town. I had the slider combo and it was so good. The chicken was especially delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up going 3 days in a row. I took a warm homemade cinnamon roll to go the next day. That was moist and delicious but very sweet! The last day was an online pick up order for an egg & cheese on a homemade biscuit. Very easy online ordering and pick up. Yum is all I can say about that large egg sandwich!
So yummmmyyyyy! Fries with the cheese & jalapeños: get them, you won’t regret it! I believe I got the Rooster, hot, and it was pretty tasty but the honey butter chicken biscuit stole the showwww. I’ll definitely be back when I visit again!
Wow amazing. The cappuccino was good, but the miso-praline bacon and honey chicken and honey butter biscuit was amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. I will say that the chicken biscuit looks better than it tastes, like the looks of that sandwich just looks out of this world, and while absolutely still good it definitely looks better than it tastes. If you're staying down by Bourbon Street and everything this is an easy 30 to 45 minute walk. The only thing that I can't really recommend is the donut. But that's kind of just my personal preference I don't like cakey bready donuts, so the chocolate sprinkle donut that I got I could have done without
I got a scoop of the chicory ice cream and the sea is for cookie ice cream, which was very tasty. Also ordered a sugar cookie and a cinnamon roll with crème brûlée topping and a burger.. Everything was delicious. The cinnamon roll was gigantic. The atmosphere was great. The service was very good.
While traveling, I always love finding a great local coffee shop where I can get some work done and enjoy a light bite. This place turned out to be one of the best choices I could have made! I found them through online reviews and immediately loved that they’re LGBT-friendly and offer portions that are just right—not overwhelming. The coffee was excellent, and the biscuit and gravy were PHENOMENAL. The flavor was spot-on, and the portion size was absolutely perfect. On top of that, the team was incredibly friendly and engaging, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back before my trip is over—and again whenever I’m in the area. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend checking them out!
