Dig Inn

Cute setting , my friend and I had a long girls day of shopping and needed some healthy eats so we stopped in at DIG . Modern diner setting. We ordered the salmon entree with salmon, mash potatoes, broccoli, and brown rice . A lot of starch!!! lol but all if it was good . It came with hot honey siracha on the side for the salmon , the sauce is good! We also ordered a chicken sandwich original and a side Mac. The chicken sandwich is really good! The mac was alright. All I suggest is for the food to be a little warmer . Over all DIG got the job done! Staff was also very pleasant !

We were in there acting up today. The service is on point smiles, suggestions, and taste tester. The staff was in there providing amazing customer service they even blessed us with some Dig Sauce. If you say Dig Sauce too fast people might misinterpret what you saying... my food was amazing I had Cesar Kale, Corn Salad, Sweet Potato, and Chicken. Light Refreshing and Healthy. This place is the best! Think chipotle meets wholesome healthy food with lots of flavors. I highly recommend the sauces as you can’t go wrong with any of them. T and the staff are super friendly and attentive.

Summer is around the corner and their summer menu is debuting in a couple weeks. We were able to enjoy the summer weather on the patio today. The cashew kale salad was light and refreshing. The cashews added the perfect crunch factor to the well dressed kale. There was a slight kick to the salad. The cashews looked like they were seasoned. The crispy tofu was served with corn slaw and pickle slaw. The flavor was very good but tofu could've been crispier. The brisket was very moist/ and good. The bbq chicken was dark meat (I love dark meat) amd it was also good. I wish the corn wasn't a slaw and just the sweet roasted corn in there. I walked into Dig Stamford after seeing some locations in the city. Immediately I noticed how fresh the food looked and the nice vibe as I began trying to decide what I wanted to order. Eritia was very friendly and helpful by walking me through all of the options. I’m not a big veggies guy but what I got at Dig was the perfect balance of great taste and healthy options. It’s nice to be able to get “fast food” and not feel gross after eating it. Dig didn’t compromising taste and the crispy chicken paired with hot honey, broccoli, seasoned carrots and Mac and cheese was fire. I will be back for sure.
