Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies

Best ever pizza! I love how open the place is and that you can actually visit with your friends. The staff was awesome! This is way better than the Bloomington one. I will definitely come back here. Absolutely love this place; every time I'm in the area I always make a point to go. The hoagies are delicious. They're made fresh and are served quickly. The place has been there a long time, so the interior has seen some better days, but that doesn't affect the food or service. And it's clean, which is always good.

Davanni’s is one of our family’s favorite places to order hoagies and Chicago style deep-dish pizza. Our favorite hoagie is Assorted on white bread and our favorite deep-dish pizza is pepperoni, onion, with extra cheese. I recommend signing up for their frequent buyer program. Tonight we used a $10 credit reward.

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews. Our experience was great. We ate in. Pizzas made fresh. We went traditional crust on one and thin crust on the other. Both medium pizzas. Davanni's is like a hybrid fast food pizza place and an eat in place (limited table service). Each pizza fed 2 people. All in with 2 pizza, 2 fountain drinks, tip, tax $45

Davanni's has great hoagies and lasagna. The Burnsville store seems to be understaffed as half the tables are loaded up with dishes and unattended. Used to be an affordable restaurant but I hope recent c-suite strategy of maximizing revenue from its customers doesn't put their restraints at risk.
