Dashi

Dashi was an incredible dining experience. I had the stir-fry noodles with chicken, and they were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the sambal aioli brought all the flavors together beautifully. Our group of 15 was served quickly, which says a lot about their efficiency and organization. The music added to the atmosphere, giving the place a fun, small-town diner vibe with a unique Charleston twist. The ginger lemonade was a standout, refreshing, flavorful, and unlike anything I’ve had before. Out of all the lemonade options, it quickly became my favorite. The drink you see is a tiger milkshake (I can’t have milkshakes but th few who had them had nothing but praises for the their taste). I’ll definitely be back!

Great meal in a fun atmosphere! The beef salad had tender, well-seasoned meat, and the chicken wings were loaded with flavor. Lots of dishes and desserts we still want to try. As tourists, we didn’t know to order at the counter and grab our own seat, but it was easy to figure out

Duck quesadilla were amazing. We also tried the chicken tacos and the pork belly tacos, the kimchi and the beef salad. Great flavors. Very nice friendly service. We sat on the patio because we had our dog.

Good experience. Food was cooked to perfection. We ordered the pork ramen, chicken wings, pad thai and rice with beans.
