Dairy Queen (Treat)

Saturday day February 21st went to the drive through at 10:45 and they were closed even though store hours said they were open until 11. Don't stare you are open until 11 if you are locked up at 10:45

The staff at this location are very rude. Especially in the evening. There was one time I came and there was a red head younger girl working the window, she like the others was very rude but more than “normal”. I got to the window and she didn’t say a single word to me. Didn’t even tell me my total. Didn’t say anything when handing me my items, didn’t say thank you or have a good night. Just handed me my items and shut the window. It was a very hostile interaction. I wish I could say that was the only time I’ve had that happen here but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking here.

Man I’m disappointed… I got 4 small items and somehow it was almost $20 dollars even though I added up what prices were on their menu board and it should have only been about $16 if that… i asked for a receipt and the receipt only said they charged the amount to my card, not how much each item was… I don’t think we will be coming back to this Dairy Queen any time soon…

I wasn't going to write a review but, after seeing that another customer had a similar experience it seems to be a trend so I thought I would chime in. After being in retail sales for numerous years I find it very unacceptable that foul language is directed at any customers under any circumstances. I have witnessed this on two occasions at this DQ by the same employee...if it was just an employee she should be dismissed...if it is the owner/ franchisee DQ Company need to do some disciplinary training. I've been bringing my family to this DQ for 35+ years . I don't believe I will be visiting this location again .
