Dairy Queen (Treat)

Look. I love dairy queen and have gotten great cakes with impeccable writing on the cake from this location before so that's why this is 3 and not 1star. But please if your staff is not able to write cleanly on cakes please let the patron know. I would have gotten an empty cake and one of these toppers instead if the worker was honest and said this wasn't somthing he was capable of. Instead I got a messy and squished words. (I didn't pick up the cake or I would have probably just had them wipe it off.)

Must have been crazy to go for ice cream on a thirty degree day in January, but have driven past this Dairy Queen many times -and today was the day. Glad I went to this Dairy Queen! Fast service! Received my Oreo Blizzard very quickly! The Blizzard was SO delicious!!! I would recommend this Dairy Queen and plan to visit again when I am in the neighborhood.

Always getting the blizzard. My daughter loves the reeves pb cup blizard...I'm an Oregon blizzard. Employees are very nice

Little bit of a bait and switch here. Went to get a blizzard to find out they have a $10 credit card minimum to cover fees. No where was this stated before I waited in line or at the door before I walked in. I understand there’s credit card fees but for someone getting a single item this is really inconvenient. It’s 2023- cashless payments are commonplace. I’d rather pay the 2-3% than have to meet a minimum.

It is impressive how unfriendly this place manages to be… considering they serve ice cream. To children & families. For a living. I wanted to support a local business, but after multiple visits where the staff has been downright rude, I’m done with this particular DQ. Fortunately there are plenty of other ice cream options around where they make you feel valued and welcome to be there
