Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I’m not sure if this is a personal problem or what, but everytime i go to DQ i am waiting an excessive amount of time for my food. Everytime i go, i get the same thing, a chicken strip basket. I’ve worked in food service countless times, i know how long it should take to make. I just went today, through the drive thru, waited 30 minutes for my food. They had me park in waiting spot #1. 20 minutes passed and i hadn’t gotten my food yet. That entire 20 minutes i was watching cars arrive in the drive through and leaving shortly after, so i went in and asked them about my food, and they hadn’t even STARTED making it. It was not busy by the way. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food and i didn’t even get my ranch. They gave me two things of gravy. I hate gravy. I love dairy

I went through the drive thru, and Was greeted by Matt. I have celiac disease, and was asking questions in regards to their menu. He, and others, were very insightful, and wasted no time to help. I manage my own store, and the customer service blew me away here. (They even cleaned the spindle for the ice cream.... without being told) I highly recommend.

Excellent place for a quick stop. We felt bad for the staff, as it was close to closing and they were cleaning up for the night. We grabbed a few ice cream items and, on our way, passing thru! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ice cream was outstanding! We're always impressed as we pass thru and grab a quick bite on the way! Impressive time and time again!

ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with gravy and a drink. The cashier initially attempted to ring it up incorrectly as a combo plus drink. When I caught the mistake, the staff became visibly irritated. After that, my order was handled unsafely — an employee returned from break, did not wash his hands or wear gloves, and handed me the food through the drive-thru with the box still open in the rain. I called the store and waited over 30 minutes for a refund. When I finally received my refund, it was handed to me inside a brown paper food bag, not directly, with no receipt or documentation. It's a hot one today!! So we stopped through the drive through for some tasty treats. This is the only place I know of in town that makes banana splits so I happily ordered one for myself. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were out of the line in less than 5 min on a hot day!!
