Green Truck Bakery

Green Truck Bakery is one of my favorite local spots in town. The quality and taste is perfect every time. Whether you want a loaf of bread or a sweet treat or a savory snack, all of their options hit the spot. I absolutely love the croissants! My favorite is their savory croissants with lots of fresh veggies, especially the spinach & artichoke and the mushroom! They always use fresh fruit and vegetables. Their sourdough is some of the best I’ve had in a long time! They also have great lunch options!

Best baked beans in town. Puts every BBQ place to shame in baked beans by a mile. The sandwiches are fantastic, but I’m telling you, THESE BEANS.

Outstanding local bakery for breads, pastries and hand made sandwiches. This place never disappoints and exceeds expectations each time we visit. Great service, great product . . . What more you say? Highly recommended.

We had a grilled cheese and wow was it good!! The bread is phenomenal and the scones were too. I can't wait for this business to take off. They deserve to. Great service and such a cute delicatessen style eating area. We will be back!

Always great cheddar jalapeño bread. Highly recommend this place. Cookies are good too. A friend of mine and I periodically go to Warrensburg on the train, and I always stop there to purchase bread and cookies.
