Ordered a DoorDash order through my partners account that requested a non-dairy build your own calzone. The order arrived and was baked— for us to discover the herb and cheese blend on the calzone. The specific order asked for the Zesty Herb. The lady who was working tonight initially requested we pay for a whole other one—which I’m sorry, when you are called one time to verify the ingredients on the order, say it’s non-dairy, and as we verify that in fact, that herb and cheese blend does contain dairy both on the website and the mobile app—and was very rude regarding the request to replace the incorrect item when agreeing to the request after the second ask.
