Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Bad service was almost like they didn't care, - it very dark inside. Ordered Chicken. Strip kids, chicken strip meal and flamethrowers meal. Paid total seem off but maybe he got me a burger with no fries. Got three cups so figured all is well. They called my # and all that was on tray was the two chicken meals. Pulled looked at ticket they never rung up my burger.

Cold bread on burgers, cold cheese, plus i LOVE eating tomato cores, said no one ever. Service was also sad. Im sure the blizzard couldn't do the test.

Do not go here unless you want to be charged extra and extra on top of that. This place is a rip off. See if you can make sense of menu prices vs receipt. The manger couldn’t only say “its an up charge”

Love there burgers but they're a lil slow for lunch always wants you to pull up but the food is Good 👍

I was very happy with the service I experienced last night at the Childersburg Dairy Queen. Their freezers are full of cakes! Sylacauga Dairy Queen never has cakes in their freezer anymore and I had ordered in advance for a birthday party. I was unhappy with one of the cakes decorations and the girl in charge refunded my money and told me I couldn't have either one of the cakes! The Dairy Queen in Childersburg was SO friendly! Pulled an Oreo cake from the back and decorated it on the spot for me. I will ALWAYS go to Childersburg Dairy Queen from now on. Thank you all in Childersburg for everything you did to make my baby girl's cakes all she wanted them to be. I wish I had a picture of the cake she expected me to be happy with....
