Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Normally enjoy this store. Today service was very slow and seemed indifferent. Floor was dangerously slick, especially for people like me who have impaired mobility. Almost fell several times.

Very good and very nice service. The store was clean and bathroom was clean. Food nice and hot and the ice cream 🍨 was great.

Food was hot except fries. No ice in the fountain drink service area. Really nice employees and helpful.

Asked for a bigger chicken tender after tenders felt old and crusty ; food was also cold . Asked worker to replace them manager said (they come like that). I’ll give zero stars if I could.

Employee gave me the wrong item at drive thru window. I had to tell them what I actually ordered. They still charged me in full for the item I didn’t order, plus the item I actually ordered. I was not offered a refund and I was stuck with the item i didn’t order. Employees were extremely rude and dismissive. Would not recommend anyone stop here.
