Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Quick Stop with Friendly Service Stopped into the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill while charging my Tesla nearby. Mainly went in to use the bathroom — which was just okay, not the cleanest but passable — and decided to grab a Coke Zero and a small Oreo Blizzard while I was there. The Blizzard was classic DQ goodness, and the customer service was genuinely great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even though it seemed like they mostly cater to big bus groups passing through. Not a place I’d go out of my way for, but as a quick roadside stop, it totally did the trick. Friendly folks and a cold treat made it worth the visit.

Came here to use the Supercharger, but the restroom was really dirty — unpleasant smell and poorly maintained. Honestly, the whole place felt sketchy, I didn’t even feel comfortable buying food here. Definitely not a place I’d stop at again unless I have no other choice.

Most of the time I come here only for the banana split. It’s always good. My wife can’t have ice cream. One time she ordered a banana split with no ice cream. I’ve had one of their burgers several times. I forget what it’s called, but it has bacon on it. I enjoy it as well.

Awesome Dairy Queen! Food was served to the table HOT and fresh with a smile! While busy the restaurant was super clean and neat to include the bathrooms. Great job guys/gals next time we’re in town we will be sure to stop back by.

I Went into the Marianna location today for lunch at 11:10-11:15 am and there was not a single worker to be found. There were hamburgers on the grill but not a single employee responded when I called out saying, “Hello! Anyone here?” There was nobody in the drive thru and I was the only customer in the store. It almost seemed like they were “hiding” so they wouldn’t have to serve. Needless to say I did not receive any customer service nor lunch. 0/10
