Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered.a Flamethrower burger with no tomato or cheese and I got a dry burger!🙄🙄 Also the fries were cold! I mean it's really not hard to read the order that someone places!

I ordered a cheeseburger combo meal, a side of pretzel sticks, and a small blizzard. I got to the window and paid and they told me to pull up because the fries weren’t ready yet, so I did. 30 minutes go by and I decide to go ahead and pull around again because they had obviously forgotten about me. I pull up and they look very confused and I tell them the situation. They ask what I had. I tell them and they say that they will make it right away. It took less than one minute for them to make my food and give it to me. The pretzel sticks are tiny compared to normal and they didn’t give my receipt back. I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought this deserved one.

I came to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard and left wondering if I had just witnessed the Avengers of fast food in action—Natalie, Kaylee, Aaron, and Kenzie were an unstoppable force of friendliness, efficiency, and ice cream excellence. Natalie and Kaylee took my order like pros on a mission, Aaron was clearly running the back like a commander in a delicious dessert operation, and Kenzie delivered my food with the grace and confidence of someone who *knows* the fries are perfectly salted. I don’t know what kind of magical team-building ritual they’ve done, but it’s working—10/10 would let them run the country (or at least my next snack break).

This is the worst DQ I have ever been to the food took 20 mins for us to get it and the hamburgers was thrown together and the bread was hard as can be and it wouldn’t even melt the cheese on the burger they didn’t have any sweet tea the tomato had brown spots on it and the lettuce was brown and wilted mine was a bacon burger and it had a small slither of a piece of bacon I think they should shut this DQ down.

My blizzards are straight melted!!! I don’t send food back but omg….what is this???? It’s supposed to be a blizzard not a milkshake……
