Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I asked for a medium cheesecake blizzard with a lot of extra cheesecake loaded. What I got was a melted ice cream with seven little squares of cheesecake 😫 which really sucks because these are the highlight of my day I love them but nobody will ever put enough cheesecake in them for me! Better I'm not ask for extra but I expected that this dairy Queen in particular being that it's on Lake Oconee maybe he'll to a higher standard. Boy was I wrong and I know this because I drank the melted ice cream and then ate the seven little cubes at the bottom. Next time I will definitely ask if they turn mine upside down!!! Problem with the melted ice cream would at least be avoided

They always have good french fries we ordered a strawberry shake the guy confirmed it back to us twice and still gave us a chocolate milkshake.... we did the drive-thru so we didn't know it till we were down the road.

My grandson & I had a lunch here last week. He had a burger with fries and I had a salad with chicken. The gentleman taking the order was nice and our food was ready very quickly. I would rank the food quality and taste about 3-1/2 out of 5. It wasn’t bad, but not on the level of Chic-fil-a for a comparison. How can anyone go to a DQ and not get ice cream? It was a 5 out of 5. The restaurant including the restroom was clean.

Every-time I’m here, i’m always in and out of the drive through extremely quick, even during lunch rushes. They always accommodate to my order changes/substitutes and they always get everything right. The food is also always fresh and delicious! The best dairy queen i’ve ever been to!

Rudest staff that literally tells the customers no or that they are incorrect and up charges on everything. Not to mention not having stock of dipped cone flavors listed on the menu and also barely adding anything to the blizzards to where I should’ve just ordered plain vanilla ice cream. DQ seriously needs to audit here bc this is ruining the brand.
