Service is usually good at this location, but this recent experience was poor. We ordered a 6-piece fry-ring basket and only received the fries and onion rings. We weren't offered a receipt during the transaction and the lady didn't read us the items back before confirming the order. They handed us only the fries and onion rings, which is when we realized they probably missed the "6-piece" part of the order. After informing them of the issue, they just told us to buy 6 chicken strips and that it wasn't that expensive (I don't want to pay more than what I should've in the first place!). I would've expected them to at least refund the fry-rings and allow us to purchase the item we wanted. Food and blizzard were good, about as expected. We decided to give this Dairy Queen a try last night. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. What I received was vanilla ice cream in a cup with some hard shell cherry nonsense, a very small drizzle of hot fudge and a little bit of whip cream. I was charged extra for the hard shell cherry (that I did not want nor even knew existed), charged extra for the “extra” hot fudge, AND charged extra for the whipped cream! Tasted like plastic and was the most expensive sundae I ever bought and went straight in the trash. We did question this in the drive thru. The guy just said well this is what you ordered and walked away 😱🫣.

Best Dairy Queen I ever visited. Everything on point. This will be my new go to Dairy Queen. Update: Still my favorite. Always hot and fresh.

The ice cream was a huge hit! It was delicious, well decorated and everything my train loving little boy wanted. Thanks again!

I remember a time when I never had any issues at this location. The last 3 times I have been here the food wasn’t really good. Hopefully the kids working are trained better so they don’t lose business.
