Hair in my ice cream and my blizzard tasted sour like the milk was expired so I couldn’t even eat it either way with sour milk and black hair in it

No waiting in line. Service was quick and helpful. Frosty was perfect.

I ordered the Carmel fudge cheese cake blizzard, what I got was a Carmel cheese cake blizzard. I didn't notice until I left. Came back again ordered the same thing, but specified I want fudge in it this time. The employee looked at me and said, "we're trained to make it with Carmel n cheese cake . I said it says fudge in the name, fudge is chocolate right? She looked so confused, I got it anyways because it's still good, but feel ripped off. Came again with the web page that shows the picture and ingredients in it. He told me they hadn't gotten the fudge yet.. I said why have it on the menu if u can't make it correctly? ?
