Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered the 6 strip basket and was given 4 strips with small nuggets?! This basket is 15$ what a rip off! I’m super disappointed by this location that is usually pretty good. Make sure you check your orders if you go to this location. Train your workers to do better. I recommend going to the mission viejo location.

At Dairy Queen, you know exactly what you’re getting when you order. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but their menu can be either terrific or awful depending on the local manager and staff. This location had great food, great service and a good atmosphere to sit and enjoy my fast food and maybe one of the best milkshakes I’ve had in ages? Highly recommended.

I am a diehard DQ fan since childhood and come miles out of my way for this place, which was once great. The new staff here is SO BAD I changed review from 5 to a 1 and I will never come back. Unfriendly and the "guy" would not even stand still long enough for me to take a picture of the cone. Trash all over outside. One customer inside. The place across the way was packed with customers and no wonder.

We did drive through just to tie me over after finisihing and fasting for surgery and got of just 3 side items TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS! Seriously!? 2 orange creamsickle shakes and a lg side of cheese curds..which were a fun alt to fries, and but GEEE$H!

Got a very stale cone last time here. Service was terrible. Kids were messing around and not working
