Under new ownership and couldn’t be more excited. Food was fantastic, met the new owner, and can’t wait to see his vision come to life. Our server, Nate, gave us these recommendations and they were a hit: Veal scallopini, calamari, salmon piccata special, lemoncello cake, and tiramisu. Do not skip out on the grilled Caesar, it’s a close second to the tiramisu! Service/Food/Atmosphere is our favorite at the lake.
I would give this place 3.5 starts if possible but since I can't, the experience is closer to 3 than to 4. We only received our starters an hour after our arrival. They explained that it happened because of some sort of mistake. But - 20 minutes before, we asked the host to check on our food and he said it's coming right out. He clearly didn't check anything because nothingcame out (he's also loud around the restaurant). Our waitress (which was very nice, but also loud around the restaurant) hadn't noticed that we didnt receive our food and she also never came to check on us during that hour so she wasn't even aware of the delay (unacceptable). We saw other customers unhappy with the service and all of that while the restaurant was 30% full. As compensation we received 1 free drink. That
Our experience was absolutely horrible from service to food quality. We were seated in a booth with oversized cushions that aren't secure and extremely uncomfortable. The sweet tea was sour, the appetizer were mid, and the entrée was an extreme disappointment.
Beautiful Decor. Very quaint and nostalgic. Gives you a feeling of being in Little Italy in New York. Appetizer was amazing. Calamari. Entree ( Veal Scaloppine Ala Marsala and Trio Del Mare) is plentiful and enough to take home to enjoy the next day. Friendly staff. Very nice restaurant. Live music that takes you back to the 40’s era. Absolutely enjoyed our experience and we will be back.
Good presentation of food & delicious in taste. Also light in your tummy 😊. Good Service. Great Ambience. Their Tiramisu is awesome must try.
