Culver’s

Well-run Culver’s. Drive-thru moves fast even when it looks packed. Food was hot, order was accurate, and the staff was friendly without overdoing it. Dining area was clean, fries were crisp, and the cheese curds were better than expected. Custard counter was efficient, though the flavor options were a little underwhelming that day. Solid choice if you’re in the area.

Food used to be excellent. Now, it's good. Could just be me, but everything is only okay to good, even the frozen custard. I wouldn't be surprised if the food costs skyrocketing forced them to change recipes in the hopes to make a profit. If it's still true that you get what you pay for, then looking for excellent food while eating out will cost more than you'd likely want to spend. That leaves us with paying quite a bit for food that is okay to good. Ymmv.

Good food as always, but today it took a little longer than usual. Husband wanted fried onions on his burger, but all they had was grilled onions. :) crew was very friendly.

Always has slow service. There's no waiting area so everybody waits for the small area in line. Food delivery guys need to wait in line too, slows everything down. Napkins never given at drive through...my custard was already very soft and melted and i didnt even wait long for it. So the machine is warm.

My sister and I ate in Culver’s restaurant yesterday. My receipt for my to go order didn’t go through, so they had to look for it on their register. I would like to apologize to the person who took my order and to the staff because I was very upset about it, it was just a strange situation and it wasn’t anything to be upset about. Thank you for all your hard work and your patience with the customers.
