Creamery

This is my usual go-to place for ice cream. In the picture: the Cookie Peacock Sundae, the Candyland Sundae and they're giant cookies that they sell in the coolers. From their Sundaes to their dipped cones, there's something here for everyone's individual preferences for sweet treats. The only downside is, not all the staff has the same amount of dedication when serving you. Nonetheless, most of the employees are kind, courteous, knowledgeable on their menu and quick at making your order. If you've never been here and you love ice cream, snacks or are just craving something sweet, this place is a must go to!!!

Dirty tables, Bad service. I ordered a cheese fries and only got 10 fries and a little bit of cheese. I also got a lemonade that tastes like pee.

Very disappointed with this location. We came in on a Saturday night, and bought a pint of birthday cake ice cream. It tasted not a thing like birthday cake. More like artificial bubble gum. I had to throw it away. Also, the restaurant itself is very, very dirty. The bathroom smells like stale backed up water. Just gross all around. I won't be back.

Wanted a quick ice cream treat while visiting IL from OR. Drove thru and grabbed a strawberry sundae and was not disappointed. Love that they use FRESH STRAWBERRIES and not the typical syrup or preserves topping you usually see. Also great that they had pecans as an option! Yummy 😋

Live close by, but have been underwhelmed by the ice cream we’ve picked up from this Creamery location on Cedar in New Lenox. After a trip to the Creamery in Manhattan with some family a couple weeks back and getting an awesome Turtle Sundae there (loaded with caramel/fudge/nuts) I had a hankering for another and ran down the street to the New Lenox Creamery for one, & also grabbed a chocolate malt for the kids to split. Needless to say with the pictures I’ve attached, I was left underwhelmed & aggravated. If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream, I would’ve ordered one (& paid a lot less, too). Malt was also quickly thrown together as it was all vanilla soft serve from the bottom up to half. Hardly mixed together with chocolate and malt powder as I could see some of the powder not mixed
