Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If your going to have curbside then need to have a person who is running for curbside. And have better instructions. On the app it says you dont have to call to state that your there. To enter in your spot number. What is the sole purpose of the company sending out the email to say what space your in. Then when my food comes out its cold. Either cut the curbside or do better. Ima just stick with waffle house or Perkins.

My wife ordered chicken fried chicken, a favorite and a classic at cracker barrel. They brought her grilled chicken, I think it was. I'm not even sure. Then they brought out fried chicken with no sides to make you for it. Really? Then they brought out her salad. Yes in that order. Then, cause no it's not done yet, they brought out a bowl of gravy that should have been on the mashed potatoes she never got!!!

Super upset. The food was fine and our server was great, but the restaurant was disgusting and the young people working there were so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The lady who sat us didn’t give any of the people in our section silverware, so the waiters/waitress’ were having to run back and get it for everyone. the silverware was dirty and they gave us biscuits with no plates or silverware (we asked and got it after). I feel so bad for the older gentleman working, as he was super stressed and upset with the “help” of the staff as well. the managers were walking around but somehow didn’t see the frustration and chaos? also it took 2 hours for 5 pancakes and 2 servings of hashbrown casserole. I stopped by this store on my way home this evening, and I had to wait for a host to show up for 10 or so minutes. Eventually, a server came and greeted me and the others in line. I got to my table and it was still somewhat dirty- not really this biggest issue but mighty inconvenient. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries. I also got a side of beignets, and they were so terribly cinnamony. The only issue with the food that I had was the literal hair on the plates. My server, Alexis, was absolutely wonderful and such a sweetheart. She was beyond understanding and did amazing. While I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, I would always recommend her.

This was a very disappointing experience. I understand that businesses may sometimes face staffing shortages; however, the service was clearly overwhelmed, as only one employee was handling the floor. Although she was doing her best, it was too much for one person to manage alone. I waited an hour or more for my food, and when it was served, it was not hot. Additionally, I had specifically requested no green or red peppers, yet the dish still included both. While I was frustrated, I removed the peppers and ate the meal. It was concerning to see two employees at the front entrance adding people to the waiting list, when one person could have handled that task while the other assisted on the floor.
