Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

This Costa Vida is ALWAYS the best. They have the kindest employees and the best manager. We have been very disappointed with the Riverdale location’s staff friendliness and constantly feel as if we are not welcome or don’t deserve proper customer service. We are always coming back to South Ogden’s Costa Vida because the staff not only seem to genuinely enjoy their job but also enjoy serving their customers. The food is always wonderful and they always are listening intently on what you are ordering. Their store is extremely cleanly too.

this is THE definitive best Costa Vida location in existence, and I'll bet I've visited a dozen stores over the years. I'll always come to South Ogden, the quality of both the food and service is uniquely great. orders are always perfect, everything tastes delicious, and everyone who works here is professional and very friendly! I've never had a bad experience here; it's always a satisfying visit, no matter if I'm staying, going, or ordering ahead. I really hope management at this location knows what a wonderful team they have!

This seems to happen every time I order takeout. The food looks like it’s just thrown together without much care. It would be great if the beans were packed separately or if the tacos were better protected so they don’t get covered in bean mush. Just a little more effort in packing would make a big difference.

We order from this location often for our office lunches usually 15-23 people depending on the day. Order is always right, employees are always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean!

“Not impressed with my visit to Costa Vida. The service was subpar—staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly. I ordered a large salad , but the portion was extremely underwhelming and didn’t feel worth the price. Not to mention it also smelled of dirty shoes. Overall, it left much to be desired, and next time I’ll be visiting cafe rio across the street.
