Ramblin Roads Family Dining

Late 1pm breakfast-for-lunch on a weekday, place was empty. Old decor, pinks and greens, but clean. Prompt and pleasant service. An easy breakfast order, what could go wrong, but the food was uninspired. Over easy eggs overdone on one, way underdone on the other. Hash browns, bacon, and toast with unmelted butter slapped on were not warm. No one died, no one left awed ("it was fine"), no one planning to go back.

Service was great, quick and easy to work with. Hospitality was on point. Where this place falls apart is the food. The only stand out was the Ramblin potatoes. The scone was middle of the road, eggs were good, pancakes were sub par. The Chicken Fried Steak was good. How ever the bacon was wildly horrible. They did offer to provide new bacon but what was brought out on three plates never should have been sent out of the kitchen. Prices were a little high for the quality. Quantity is there but quality wasn’t. $4.25 for a kids chocolate milk is insane. $4 for a soda is insane.

I love the berry crepes. They have a meal with it but its too much for me so I sometimes get extra eggs on the side. Super friendly staff and they know their menu and will suggest good food if you're having trouble picking.

Had a great experience at the establishment! Prices were decent for the amount of food you are getting! The steak and eggs don’t have a price since they have two cuts. My husband got the ribeye and eggs for $24.99 and the French toast was an extra $1.99 in case anyone is wondering. But the place was clean, and the service was quick with good food! Will come back for sure!

First time coming here randomly popped in as I’m not from the area. Had asked the nice and awesome waitress what she recommends and she said the carnitas plate (which is not yet on the menu) so I went for it and I’m sure glad that I did 😮‍💨🔥🔥🤙🏼💯 I’m grateful for that delicious recommendation and I really enjoyed the flavors! Didn’t know what to expect as I randomly popped in here on a whim, but I after that dish alone I’m sure I’ve quickly grown to like this spot already! Nothing like a hot cup of coffee on a dine in as well as some jam slappin on some buttered wheat toast 👌🏼 gotta love it! Just come try this spot you won’t be disappointed! 💯
