Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

This costa visa is my second home. The immediate kindness I am met with as I walk into the doors is heartwarming. Lori especially makes my visits special with her smile and awesome attitude.

Lori is my absolute favorite she makes my day everyday I go in there. The staff is so friendly and so caring I have never ever had a bad experience at costa Vida, service and food. Honestly my go to spot in burley. Much love to Lori ❤️❤️

I really like to new Baja Bowl! Not too large, a lighter version of a burrito as advertised. Still all the yummy tastes. I had the roasted chicken version with refried beans with all the toppings. Service was pleasant and quick. I think the price could have been a little lower for size. But the size was perfect! Pleasant family atmosphere. Recommend.

I have been waiting for 15 mins just to order. It would be understandable if there was a line... but there are only 4 teenagers in front of me. There are 2 kids who work here that are really doing nothing. And one manager ( I believe) working her rear off? It seems completely backwards here; those kids should be prepping the meals not one lady running around putting the online orders together & taking the people iin lines orders making the people in line wait to even place our orders. Something is a miss... The food is great and the place is clean.

Hard to go wrong with Costa Vida, they have a great menu and very bright / fun restaurants. This particular location, being a franchise, has the great same menu you'd expect - however cleanliness appears to be a major reported issue (from bathrooms to serving area). Fortunately this is an easy problem to fix with proper management, and staff quality expectations.
