always excellent customer service! I got the bagel with guacamole which was fresh and delicious. love their hot coffee as well which is robust. wish they could offer more hot food items.

Wouldn’t recommend. came in the girl at the counter didn’t even great us order my food it looked like she grabbed the chicken straight from the freezer and slapped it on a piece of bread came back told her I need it a refund not even a apology!!

The workers here on the morning of Saturday, 5/17/2025, were exceptional. I requested that two drinks be re-made after I spilled them, and they were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely come back as a result of this interaction. *edit A BIT later --- the people here are so attentive. I come in as a delivery guy and they are consistently on point --- this translates well to your customers.

I usually order a cinnamon tea with honey every single time. The last two times, I've been given decaf green tea with no honey. Sometimes my food will come out without certain things that I specifically asked for. Good spot, just need more attention to detail and consistency. If there’s no tea, just tell me at the window lol. Seems like the food is hit or miss depending on who is making it.

The people who work here are always so friendly and pleasant. It's always nice to start your day a tasty latte, yummy breakfast sandwhich, and a smile :)
