They look at you like you're an alien when you walk in other than that it's okay place for kids

Been coming here since I was on the IC City High swim team in the early '90s, and now I play pickleball there on some Tuesdays and Thursdays around lunch. Good competition, nice people all around including all the employees, and I like that the place provides for a similarly wide variety of athletic pursuits (swimming, table games, basketball, pickleball, tennis outside where CRC also abuts Morrison Park), with the same sort of intimate feel one expects from other old-style, similarly-sized rec centers like Robert A. Lee Rec Center in downtown IC and many a local YMCA outside of the IC/Coralville area.

Had my sister's bridal shower here and the staff where really great, helpful, and accommodating!

Nice facilities, we joined for the pool. I like that the area around the pool is rougher cement not tiles, so I don't feel like I am going to slip and fall. The staff is nice and helpful. Locker room is spacious and has lockers for .25 if you don't have a lock. I wish hot tub was larger, but it is still nice to be able to soak for a bit after swim....just have to watch for it to be empty.

I’ve been coming to this rec center since 99. Everyone from the staff the people running track center. They’re doing an amazing job. Thank you guys.
