Cook Out

I’m beyond disgusted. Cook Out used to be one of my favorite spots—but after what happened, I’ll never spend another dime there. I opened my sandwich and found something so unacceptable, I had to go back immediately. The manager only refunded one tray out of my $35 order, and acted like this kind of thing was normal. That’s a huge red flag. What if I hadn’t checked my food first? I could’ve been seriously hurt. ⚠️ Do NOT eat at Cook Out in Kings Mountain. Share this and stay safe.

I ordered nuggets with sides of hush puppies...for one they did not have any corn dogs...and then to give me the tray with only hush puppies in it is just unacceptable and they don't have a phone number so how are you supposed to get in touch with them to tell them that they messed up its unacceptable

This is pathetic for a chicken quesadilla meal. Out of corn dogs. I know it’s cheap but I’d rather pay more for a full chicken quesadilla. Girl at the window didn’t say anything just stuck the bag out the window. No smile, no have a nice day-nothing!

First time eating at this location was last night 2/27/26 at around 8:30pm..that was the only thing I had to eat all day and a few hours after eating I was puking. After I threw up all the food I felt way better. Also ordered a snickers milkshake and ended up with some type of peach milkshake. I should have checked out reviews before I went. So that's my bad..

Everytime I go there i tell them to make a Hamburger plain. Meat and bun. It always comes with cheese. Please learn the difference between a hamburger ( has no cheese) and a cheese burger ( it has cheese). It is not that complicated.
