Ribs, amazing. Burnt ends, amazing 👏. Wings - dry. Potatoe salad little flavor and also dry. Mac n cheese, probably should have done the pepper jack, there might have been flavor in that. If you like spice, this is the place. For the dryer meats ask for extra sauce. We also, paid for extra pickle and onion but didnt have it. Overall, meats are great but not worth the $50+.
Best BBQ ever!! Immediately the atmosphere was ideal. The staff welcomed us and were incredibly kind. It’s a small shop with a lot of character. The decor shows pride in the southern bbq culture. The music was a great volume. My husband and I ordered the smoked spare ribs, the smoked burnt ends, the Texas Twinkie, cracklin, and the pepper jack macaroni. The order came super quick, brought to our table. We got a complimentary pulled pork. We were so excited to eat I didn’t get pictures until after we’d taken some bites. Everything was fantastic!! Whew! Where do I begin? .....Do not sleep on this place! First of all they dont play about theur flavor and portions. The ribs TENDERISM ... Brisket big juicy tender slices... Mac? Delicious and flavorful! BBQ beans? Bold and delicious! Portions? ....lets just say im thinking of eating my other half this morning before the parade today. 😂... Now I did have one issue....I asked for chopped brisket but got sliced on a three plates. I just chopped it up myself at home but it didn't change a thing.... THE WHOLE PLATE WAS PERFECTION...they beating out every other popular spot in new orleans! Yes Kings!
We ordered the smoked wings, Texas Twinkie and 3 meat platter. Brisket, burnt ends and ribs with smoked beans/potato salad. Everything was delicious with a great smoke flavor. The ladies that work there are great. Best bbq in the city and we tried different
We ordered the smash burger and a 3 meet plate with Mac n cheese and Brussels sprouts. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! We ordered online and food was ready upon arrival. We will definitely be back!
