Cinnabon

I got 3 ( 4pack minis) and Pepperoni bites and salted bites. The rolls were dry, the bites were soggy with butter/grease. Worst $35, spent. I could of get better Cinnabon at the gas station, they are always amazing!

I wanted to get something special today for my family. So decided i should get Cinnabon. The last time I was at a Cinnabon, when asked to get a pack they gave me hot ones. Now, the one in waukee does not. They make you buy the ones on the rack that look smaller and are not hot, or they charge you $14 more for the hot ones. (Individual price) I asked then how much it would be for 5 since thats all I needed, and it was going to be $32 compared to $24.99! I left empty handed. Thats a disappointment they aren't like other Cinnabon locations. If I want to heat up my own cinnamon roll, I'll just go to kwik star or hy-vee. They are cheaper anyway and taste great.

Went in at about 9:10 on a Sunday and they open at 9. Two people in front of me waiting for cinnamon rolls. Why wouldn’t you have fresh ones ready? So I thought I’ll order minis. Nope. The teenager behind the counter said we don’t have those right now. Ok, I guess I’ll wait for 4 regular. She points to the rack behind me and said we have those. I said I’d like to wait for fresh ones. She then tells the cashier to charge me for 4 individual rather than a 4 pack. $25 for CINNAMON ROLLS is actually insane when the prepackaged four packs are $20. Walked out empty handed.

We went to cinnabon at about 9:30 in the morning on Sunday. They opened at 9. When we got there there were 4 other people waiting for their orders. They had no regular cinnamon rolls in the case, so I ordered based on what was in their case thinking I would not have to wait. I was wrong..instead of getting my order they waited for everyone else ahead of me big cinnamon rolls to be done. I understand wanting to serve those who ordered first, but when their food is not even done that makes zero sense. It seemed like they were very unprepared for a Sunday morning. The workers seemed like they did not even want to be there. No smiles, no telling anyone how long they would need to wait, and just slow moving.

The Cinnabons at this location are rarely "fresh" when they are in the boxes and the products at this location are not nearly as good as the ones in the location in the truck stop In Altoona. There is something different about the doe at this Waukee location and they have MUCH more cinnamon in the rolls. The people working at the Waukee location are not very curtious and they have way to many people working. The Waukee location should hire someone from the Altoona location to run this location before it goes the way of all the othe Cinnabon locations around.
