Church's Texas Chicken

Got a three-piece chicken box with a biscuit and fries. The chicken and the biscuits were okay the fries were undercooked. When cooking fried foods in a fast food setting always use a timer!

Last time I went to this location we ordered chicken tenders and they were so small and way over cooked that you could not eat them. Not to mention the food poisoning the 3 of us got. This time when we through drive thru we had to repeat what we wanted multiple times and the worker would repeat it then repeat it again and get it wrong. We were practically having to yell at the top of our lungs. The first time she would repeat the order correctly and the second time she would repeat it she would change something and it would be wrong. That is my last time giving them a chance. I will never go to this location again.

I went to this location yesterday with my daughter and son-in-law, the service was excellent, the wait staff were very kind and helpful, we didn't have to wait very long and we all decided to go back the next time they come down from Tennessee, our fried okra was cooked to order for us, great experience. The only problem I had was the tenders were very small and very crunchy for me since I have no teeth since I'm 65yrs old but I did tell them how good our meal was and thanked them all. It's very sad that the location here in Opp is still closed

I ordered a family size meal and my sauce was missing and I tried to call them back to complain and the phone number is disconnected, after I paid for this

The manager who was on duty during the lunch hour, in Andalusia was very accommodating and pleasant to me when I had an issue with an expired promotion. She took excellent care of me and didn’t act like I was bothering her. I would highly recommend the food as well as this location for the staff personality!!
