The staff here are phenomenal. They took the time to review cameras and call us back after reviewing them some more the next day after we realized we lost something along the way. Hands down they went way above and beyond. They deserve recognition and they all deserve a raise ❤️

It’s a buffet with options. Was able to make a pretty healthy salad and the fish was tasty as well. 60 and older get a senior discount. Don’t forget to ask.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Atmosphere is ok, but not great when very busy. Food... was bad. My mashed potatoes had big cold cubes in it, my brother kept finding hair in his whipped cream, the only food we had any liking for was the rolls and ice cream. Maybe Thanksgiving made it rough for the staff, maybe that had something to do with the quality of the food and the claustrophobia, but it was hard to sit through. 7 of us sat here, 4 of us had been here before as kids and loved it, as adults however, it was bad. Don't let this turn you away from Chuck O if you do enjoy it, I imagine they were just overwhelmed, but the poor quality of the food made it very harsh. Maybe its just personal taste.

I liked doing their to-go boxes. As a businessman on the go, it always helps to have good food that you can take back to the office or to visit with someone else. The food is always great and the variety changes everyday.

To be honest I couldn't review, when I arrived there was at least 30 people waiting near the register. So insanely packed that we just decided to go elsewhere. People in the parking lot were leaving as well. I'll have to try another time. Must be pretty good for that many people to actually be willing to wait.
