Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don’t even get me started, went in there expecting to get my burrito per usual and to my surprise i wasn’t allowed to get it double wrapped. I asked for a double warp right away, the worker looked at me put one wrap down and automatically put white rice (without asking). that just rubbed me the wrong way immediately and (to no one’s surprise) my burrito fell apart. would not recommend ordering a burrito if the workers are having a bad day.🤨🌯❌❌🫩

I never write reviews but oh my lord, this chipotle must be the worst one I’ve ever been to. First i went to buy some for me and my brother. I ordered one burrito and was going to order another when the lady skips me and goes onto people who barely came in. Secondly, she was stingy, and did not wrap the burrito period. (the pictures are after one bite) third, i was sent the wrong items in an order when i ordered delivery. right bag, wrong items. the only person there was the man (nose ring & hat) who gave me sympathy and helped me after I was rudely ignored.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently visited this Chipotle location and, unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at the chain. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by how dirty the tables and floors were. There were noticeable spills on the seats that had dried, and it was clear that no one had bothered to clean them up. The soda machine was out of ice, which forced me to ask the staff to refill it. To make matters worse, there were no napkins available, adding to the inconvenience. The overall atmosphere was further disrupted by the employees, who were all talking loudly among themselves, seemingly oblivious to the guests trying to enjoy their meals. Came here several times when I lived in the area, and it was constantly a different experience. Online ordering was a nightmare. If they ran out of what you ordered, they would change your order and not tell you so you wouldn't find out until you got home. They also took absolutely forever to get your order done, you'd be waiting up to 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They would not place the orders on the shelf for you to be able to grab, so you would have to be acknowledged by an employee (which always took forever) to be able to get your order as it sat there and got cold. Ordering in person was a significantly better experience at this location, sometimes you'd wait awhile but at least your order would be right and you'd get it while it was still warm. Workers alwa

These people do not like working with the public and it shows! No greet, no hello no smile. All the times i have been here i have been disappointed and it’s always the same women. You as for double white rice and they give you the regular amount or even less, asked for more corn and she gave me 5 literal pieces. Unacceptable, these people should honestly be fired.
