Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst ever experience from this location! Half of my bowl was empty, I don’t even get normal portion of any ingredients. I bought queso and it was half cup. I went back to ask, the manager Sandra gave me tiny cup of rice said this is the normal portion you should get, if you have question call the corporate and immediately walked away. I can’t believe it I have had chipotle so many years, Never been treated like this, the whole crew is not polite to me at all. I’ll never visit this location again, terrible experience!!

This is extra rice, lettuce, cheese, corn, salsa…. Doesn’t even fill the already shrunken bowl. Theres a reason why this location is notorious for skimping portions

I come to this Chipotle every week, and unfortunately my experiences with one employee, Sydney, have consistently been negative. She regularly gives noticeably small portions and will intentionally shake the spoon so less food ends up in the bowl. When we ask for more, she responds with attitude, and when requesting extra steak, she has quite literally added only a single piece.On one visit, food fell onto the counter and she put it back into my bowl, which is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about these issues, but it doesn’t seem like the problem has been addressed, as the behavior continues. If you want a burrito the size of a child’s fist, this is the Chipotle for you. If you want guac that has clearly been sitting at least a day, this Chipotle is for you. If you want customer service to offer you a side of guacamole after completely messing up 3 entrees, this is the company for you. Really I’m never going back to this location again. Too many chances given, each time my food is garbage. Go to Gaithersburg or another restaurant, thank me later

picked up a burrito bowl...the lady gave little rice, barely covered the bottom, even when I asked for more rice, she barely put in any; I got white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, and lettuce. 6-7 hours later, I had an upset stomach and extreme diarrhea, which lasted over 24 hours. I'll never eat here again.
