Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was supposed to be a 60 G protein meal. The meat portion was minimal and you can see what I got compared to the picture on the menu. We picked it up at the moment it was put on the shelf and it was cold already. It's not anything to do with the local store as Chipotle has reduced its portion size nationally but it's getting pretty ridiculous what they charge for how little food you actually get anymore. They're getting away from what used to make chipotle great.

Ordered through DoorDash because I was at work. Decided to treat myself to queso and chips. The queso was so cold and congealed, I didn’t dare eat it. Called to get a resolution and they said there was nothing they could do. Definitely won’t get their food again.

Simple burrito, one scoop of white rice, double chicken, cheese, pico and guac. Did not serve proper portions and could not roll a small burrito. Picture below is how I opened it… Really disappointed to eat it as a bowl versus a burrito. Employees seemed defeated and exhausted, felt bad for them.

I had place an online order for a double chicken double rice and double cheese bowl this what I received I don’t want to wine and cry online just trying to let people know about the possibility of a online order

Asked for normal sour cream and extra cheese…..got a disgusting amount of sour cream and no cheese. I also paid $12 for steak and got 4 pieces in total. Every time I get chipotle I am reminded why I avoid this place at all costs.
