Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I had an excellent lunch experience here. This was my first visit on recommendation from my friend. Our waitress, Cass, was incredible. She was super friendly and attentive and kept our drinks filled throughout our meal. I had the full rack of ribs with a Ceasar salad and broccoli instead of fruit. All of it was very enjoyable. My friend and I split the chips and lobster quest appetizer and the creme brulee cheesecake.

Nancy was the best. Our food and the service was tops. I recommend the wings, ribeye and filet. Our caesar salad was also good. My wife love the bread, but it could have been a little softer for me. Looking forward to coming back.

Came Sunday afternoon. Not sure what was happening but the host had a major attitude and made it seem like we inconvenienced him. That should of been the sign to leave. Our server james was just as horrible. Had no clue on what was going on and took forever for everything . Not sure how we got refilles but somehow he did managed that. I ordered the prime rib with au gratin potatoes and my daughter got the parmesan chicken with mashed potatoes. We didn't know it came with anything else. She must of not read the menue but we both were starving. She doesn't like her food touching so she asked for the potatoes to be in the separate plate. The minute you walked in it smelled like heaven. I immediately new the food was gonna be amazing purely from the aroma. My sirloin was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth with every bite. The mashed potatoes were creamy and packed with flavor and we also got the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and omg hands down best version of a Philly I've ever had. I ordered two different drinks to try the first one was a spicy peach margarita which was the perfect amount of heat and sweet combination the second drink I tried was the twilight drink which was smooth and very refreshing. Both beautiful to look at and I always love a pretty drink. The staff was sweet and laid back brought out everything hot and fresh but let us enjoy each other and respect our space. Some of the ingredients listed on the menu were unfamiliar enough that I had to Google them, which may appeal to adventurous diners but felt a bit over the top. On this visit, three out of four of us ordered the 7oz bacon-wrapped filet. Two were ordered medium but came out medium-well, and one ordered medium-well arrived well done.
