Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a chicken bowl with extra steak and it hit the spot. Portions were solid, and when I asked for extra rice and corn, the crew didn’t hesitate—they were friendly and seemed happy to help. My wife had a chicken bowl too, plus we shared chips and guac, all of it was really good. The place was clean, the team had good energy, and you could tell they actually care about the customers. Overall, just a great experience at this Chipotle.

I’m writing this review truly in hopes that they’ll take it into consideration and possibly change something. I love the location, I love the drive through pick up, but consistently serving the same low level quality food is really impressive. The first few times I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt because they were a new building but it’s been months and several purchases later and they’re still giving this weirdly consistently dry and hard steak. The rice is also somewhat consistently undercooked and al dente at best. It tastes a hard and powdery every now and then which makes for an awful experience after a long day. No big complaints from other elements like design and customer service (one time a guy was talking to his coworker for a bit before serving me) but at the end of th

Lalani was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure that my bowl was made with care. She even changed her gloves when one became compromised and gave the absolute best customer service. Justin was also wonderful, he made sure my that my bowl was secure and that I had all of the essentials necessary to enjoy my meal! Love this chipotle and I will continue to visit for the exceptional service and delicious bites!

My sister and I ordered separate orders from this chipotle using our separate UberEATS accounts. When we arrived to pick up our food the girl starts looking for the manager. The boy tells us they have been getting scammed by people ordering through UberEATS and our orders are not in the system. After they couldn't get the manager the girl magically comes out and shows us 2 printed tickets with our names and orders on them. Her and the boy start to make our orders then the manager comes out of nowhere and says our orders aren't in their system and they would not be serving us. Then the girl didn't know where the tickets she had just shown us disappeared to. I don't know what kind of fraud the manager is running and why the workers all of a sudden got mute but someone needs to investigate th

The drive through is convenient for online pickups with their app. Everything was packed nicely and was generously portioned. First time going to Chipotle in years but I'll probably start going again if its this good.
